Bellingham bars and restaurants open in Phase 2

Holy cats, we can go out again! But where?

Phase 2 of the post-COVID reopening got here sooner than expected, thanks to the state’s increase in acceptable case levels. Some establishments were ready to throw open the doors right away, but many will need some time to sort themselves out. These places have announced their reopening for indoor service.
